This beautiful Nantucket rental sits on a lush acre with maximum privacy, space to play and roam, floral plantings, a heated pool, and a blueberry patch and orchard with fruit trees to explore and pick from. This property is available only for one 2 week rental, or a rental of 32+ nights. It features a cabana overlooking the pool and a mini fridge to hold your favorite snacks and beverages while you lounge in the sun. A handsome outdoor pizza oven with a stone hearth. The upstairs of the barn/home includes a luxurious work-from-home space, plus a gym/workout space for two! All just a short walk to the prettiest beach on the island. Stocked with family games and classic movies, the house is designed and curated as a great vacation home for families or couples. The house is alarmed and stocked with top-of-the-line linens. Depending on when tenants arrive, they may well be able to pick their own berries or other fruit. Sustainable art and historical maps on display in keeping with the Nantucket theme. Books for enjoyment on your stay selected from the collection of a former New York Times editor and writer.

French doors to the outside yard and in-ground heated pool, shed and outdoor shower. Second floor: Comfortable reading cubby and access to the deck for pastoral and water views. The master suite consists of a large walk-in closet with custom built-ins, a large Carrera marble master bath with double vanity, oversized shower, and stand-alone soaking tub.
