To the left of the entry is a light and bright kitchen and dining room featuring double ovens and an efficient kitchen. There is counter seating for three people and seating for six people at the table. A door off the dining room opens onto a wicker furnished screened in porch. The spacious living room located off the kitchen opens out onto the same screened porch off the dining area. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. One has a queen size bed with a private bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a single bed, share a hallway bathroom with tub shower. The laundry room is to the right of the entry.

A cozy family room is located at the top of the staircase with features a french door that opens onto a small furnished deck where one can take in the gorgeous water views. The family room has a flat screen TV and a small table for family games. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor; a master suite with a queen size bed, private bathroom with tub/shower, a walk in closet and a door that opens onto a small deck overlooking the water. There is a den/office at the end of the hallway with sliding door access to the same deck. The second bedroom has twin size beds. There is also a hallway bathroom with tub/shower.
