The fully equipped galley kitchen with gas range leads to a mudroom with entrance to the back yard.
Second Floor
Stairs by the dining room lead to the second level. A Master bedroom with Queen bed and 34" flatscreen TV. A bedroom with Twin beds share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
Lower Level
The lower level has wall to wall carpet, oversize built-in bunk beds, a 55" flatscreen TV. There is a pool table in a separate room downstairs, as well as new washer and dryer.
Cottage
There is a garage with an apartment above it on the premise. The apartment is has a year round tenant.
