Beautiful Nantucket vacation rental home in a quiet area of Polpis with swimming pool with wicker patio furniture and harbor access with dock for boating and windsurfing. Three bedrooms and a pullout couch in the main house and one bedroom and high lofted twins in cottage. Well kept, landscaped yard with plenty of room for outdoor activities.
First Floor
The first floor has a large great room with sofas around a fireplace and french doors that lead to the patio and pool area. Off of the great room is a powder room, kitchen, and dining room with dining for eight. Two bedrooms adjoin the first floor living space, one with Twin beds, the second with a Queen and both with en suite full bathrooms.
Second Floor
The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, private deck overlooking the pool, and en suite bathroom with his and her's sinks and separate tub and walk-in shower. Also on the second floor is an office/den with pullout couch and fireplace.
Cottage
The cottage has a small kitchen, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a full bath with tub/shower combo and a steep laddered loft with two Twin beds.
