The first floor has an open living area with a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and dining and kitchen area that opens to a large wrap around deck with an enclosed shower, large yard and gardens. There are both indoor and outdoor dining options with seating at the large island in the kitchen, dining table for 8, or outside dining table. There is a powder room on this floor.
Second Floor
The second floor holds 2 queen bedrooms that share a full bath.
Third Floor
The third floor has a separate sitting room and office with vaulted ceilings that attach to a deck with ocean and pond views. There are stairs that connect to the large primary bedroom suite that has a king bed, a full bath with a jacuzzi, and ocean views.
Lower Level
There is a living area as well as a queen bedroom/family room and full bath that opens to an outdoor patio. Also on this level is another office, storage area, and laundry room.
