The formal entry into the house lands in a hallway that leads straight ahead into a dining room, and to the left to a formal living room. A bedroom off the living room opens into the dining room. Beyond the dining area is the spacious eat in kitchen, with a separate pantry. There are 2 staircases that lead to the second floor; one off the formal entry and one that leads upstairs off the dining room. There are two bedrooms on this floor and one bathroom. A laundry room off the kitchen has a door that leads to the back yard patio.
