First Floor
Step onto the front porch, with an oversized outdoor shower to your left and an outdoor sitting area to your right with plenty of cushioned chairs, tables and a grill. Open the front door into a foyer with a powder room. Entry opens into an open living, dining and kitchen area. All modernly decorated with a beachy feel. A gourmet chef's kitchen, breakfast bar and window seats overlook the pond. The dining area has seats for eight and is in front of a large stone fireplace. There is a sitting area and wet bar as well. An en suite guest bedroom with King bed and bath with shower is on this level.
Second Floor
Stairs from the front entry lead to the second floor. An office with two desks over look the pond. There is a full bath with shower access from the hall. The Master bedroom with King bed and views of the pond and the en suite bathroom with shower have additional views of the pond and distant views of the beach. An additional guest room with King bed has an en suite bath with shower.
Lower Level
Stairs from the entry lead to the lower level. Here is an additional dining area with seats for ten people and glass door wine fridge. There is also a flat screen TV mounted opposite the wine fridge. There is a Twin bedroom on this level and a bath with tub/shower combo. On the other side of the dining area there is a bedroom with a King sized bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The laundry is located on this level.
