In the main house the entrance leads into a bright, open dining area. There is a state-of-the art kitchen with gas stove and plenty of counter space as well as an eat in kitchen counter. Toward the rear there is a foyer that leads to the wrap around porch with a gas grill. The living room has large comfortable couches surrounding the fireplace. The library has additional seating and a flat screen TV and also offers access to the wrap-around porch. There is a half bath, laundry room and a pantry/small office area. By the front entry, you are greeted by a three season enclosed porch with an additional dining area and comfortable seating.
Second Floor
The bright master bedroom offers cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and has a queen bed. It has a small balcony that overlooking the Atlantic and also features a large walk in closet, a bathroom with two vanities and a separate tub and shower. There is a study attached to the master with a small flat screen TV and a fax and printer. A queen guest bedroom with en suite tub/shower bath completes the second floor.
Lower Level
Downstairs there is a spacious family room with flat screen TV, kitchenette, recreation area with a ping pong table, and bunk beds. There is also full bedroom and a tub/shower bathroom for the lower level.
Cottage
A guest apartment suite located over the garage has a large king bedroom and a twin bedroom. In the king bedroom area there is an open living area and kitchenette. Each bedroom has an en suite bath.

Wauwinet is also where you access Great Point, the peninsula that forms Nantucket’s northernmost tip, and home to Great Point Light. Great Point remains under the protection of the Nantucket Conservation Foundation and the state’s Trustees of Reservations.
