There is a basement apartment that is rented separately with a separate entrance and the owner occupies the house next door. The cottage has a front patio with a table with four chairs, two Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill. There is no yard.
First Floor
The first floor of this rental home consists of an open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is appointed with granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a back entrance area off the kitchen that includes a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is also a half bath.
Second Floor
Two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other has twins. There is also a small study area in the hall.
